In their ongoing commitment to promote wholesome recreation and foster the practice of Sport, the Board of Directors of the Huelva Recreation Club is pleased to announce a Sports and Athletics Day, to be held on April 12 at the Peguerillas Estate (on the road to Gibraleón). The use of the grounds has been generously granted by Mr Guillermo Sundheim de la Cueva.

• Men’s 100-yard dash
• Men’s 300-yard race
• Men’s half-mile run
• Men’s 120-yard hurdles
• Men’s 1-mile race
• Men’s 2-mile walk
• Junior 100-yard race
• 3-mile cycle race
• High jump
• Long jump
• Tug of war
• Sack race
• Caber toss
• Donkey race (last one in wins)
• Pony race (under 14s)
• Two horse races

Note: Participation is open to both members and non-members.
Those wishing to enter any of the events are kindly requested to submit their name and pay the appropriate entry fee to Mr E. W. Palin, Honorary Club Secretary, no later than April 7.
