Communication from Seville Football Club
Mr E. W. Palin, Secretary of the Huelva Recreation Club, has received the following letter, which is reproduced in full:
Dear Sir,
Your name has been given to us by Mr Henderson as the Secretary of the “Huelva Recreation Club.”
As you may have heard, we have recently formed a Football Club here in Seville, and it has been proposed that we invite the members of your Club to visit and take part in a friendly match with us, to be played under Association Rules.
If it would be convenient for you to come on Saturday, the 8th of March, that date would suit us well.
We propose that the match commence at approximately 5 p.m., to take advantage of the cool of the evening. Afterwards, your team would be most welcome to dine and spend the evening with us.

A Committee Meeting will be held in the Club Rooms on Monday evening at 7.45 p.m.
A General Meeting will follow at 8.30 p.m. the same evening, during which the Club will decide whether to accept the recent invitations for Football and Cricket matches, including that from Río Tinto.
Association Rules Football practice will take place on the Cricket Ground every afternoon starting next week.
Play will begin at 4.30 p.m.
The Committee trusts that all members will make every effort to attend practice sessions as regularly as possible.
