Balance remaining on the 31st of December, 1887: 848,755.62 Collected from the tax of 25 centimes of a peseta per metric ton of minerals exported abroad and 75 centimes per equivalent ton of other merchandise: 58,636.27 Collected from the discharge tax levied by the State upon vessels for mineral coals and 75 per cent of the same upon other merchandise: 19,877.78 Collected from the surcharge of 50 per cent of the loading duty charged by the port for each ton of coal: 3,760.58 Total Income: 931,030.25
